You may return unused, undamaged jewelry products within 30 calendar days after you receive your package. All items must be returned in original packaging, with tags intact.

Return Steps:

1. Email our support team at support@linlinni.shop to submit your return request within 30 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and photos of the item.
2. Wait for our approval and return instructions before sending items back.
3. Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the item arrives broken, defective or wrong item is shipped.
4. Refund will be processed to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned goods. Refund processing takes 5–10 business days.

Exclusions: Personalized items and heavily worn items cannot be returned.
